Hi Everybody,
My first post and i'm a complete newbie to the whole deal!
I'm attempting to run Wordpress on my laptop locally.
I mistakenly tried to follow an advisory blog that involves installing apache2, PHP and mysql.
So i followed the scripts and when it came to the Mysql setup i've got stuck. I've subsequently been round the houses and now found myself in Synaptic with MySql 5.1 needing an update but when i attempt that i get an Error Message:
E: /var/cache/apt/archives/mysql-server-5.1_5.1.61-0ubuntu0.11.10.1_i386.deb: subprocess new pre-installation script returned error exit status 1
Any Clues?
