Would changing the bios on the Levovo S205 to EFI make Ubuntu or any version of Linux install better? because Ubuntu seems to have trouble installing with Lenovo's current bios.

Examples that worked, format in advanced with gparted, gpt with find efi output & demesg

FYI, your motherboard has to support UEFI for you to be able to use it....You can't switch between BIOS and UEFI, even if your motherboard supports both as far as I know.

Currently, VERY few motherboards actually support UEFI, and of the ones that do, they are expensive. If your PC was under $1000 USD, you don't have UEFI.
