We are four people in a group and are doing an image processing project called (Face Replacement System). The basic idea is that , we take two images (source and target) and then some feature points from the user and then do some processing and replace the face of the target image with the source face (face of persons). The programming language is java. Now before searching tools in random, i thought it is better to ask some experienced persons about the things we should consider, APIS to use , etc in this forum. plus, we want to do the project in a mature and managed way, (ie divide the works, doing team work) etc. So any idea of how to break the project into small components, divide the responsibilities efficiently and properly.
