Every time I run vncx11 session and connect to it, I lose the menu bar at the top of the desktop screen after about a minute or use. It usually happens much quicker especially if I try and interact with an item in the menu bar. Say click the Activites button.
To create the VNC X11 session I'm using the following command
x11vnc -safer -usepw -once -noxdamage
I'm connecting to the box from a OS X Lion using JollyFastVNC and the box is running Ubuntu 32bit 11.10.
Any ideas what's going wrong?
