I am confused as to how to fix my repository issue, could someone please assist me. I have tried Googling my issue, being unsuccessful.

W:Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net//ppa/ubuntu/dists/natty/main/source/Sources 404 Not Found
, W:Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net//ppa/ubuntu/dists/natty/main/binary-amd64/Packages 404 Not Found
, E:Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

http://ppa.launchpad.net//ppa/ubuntu/dists/natty/main/source/Sources
http://ppa.launchpad.net//ppa/ubuntu/dists/natty/main/binary-amd64/Packages

These don't look right. It looks like the ppa name is missing. Do you know which ppa these are for? Can you post back the contents of /etc/apt/sources.list?

Now that you mention it, you're right. Something was not right and I'm not sure how I got the repositories of http://ppa.launchpad.net//ppa/ in there, but //ppa/ is nothing... It should have been something like /ppa-pkg/ or /ppa-j/ etc. so I'm not sure what the deal was but I removed both the main source and package repositories and the issue is now solved.

Thanks.
