Problem with Dell n5050 windows 7 in pre-installed ubuntu

Hi everyone,

I bought a dell laptop inspiron n5050 with pre-installed ubuntu.
I tried to installed windows 7. I succeeded in installing windows 7 on this laptop but the problem I could not start the windows properly. Every time when I booted the windows, it shows following message (thumbnail 1) and restarts again.

I installed windows XP in it and it works properly. But the problem with it is that all the drivers for hardware are not available on dell inc. website.

Please somebody show me the way how to solve my problem. I really want to install windows 7.

I really want to install windows 7.

Then, the BEST thing for you to do ... is take the problem to a Windows 7 forum: sevenforums.com. They have threads and tutorials dealing with Win7 installs.

I installed Win7 from other source and it worked.
