adobe flash player installation problem

hey, I face this problem when I tried to install adobe flash player and now whenever I tried to install any software or update this pending update automatically starts and so wastes time in installation till it timeouts ...
Its ok for me If I dont have flash right now but I dont want ubuntu to try to install it again and again.http://ubuntuforums.org/images/smilies/icon_mad.gif

If you click on the "help with Flash" link in my sig below, you can install Flash Aid and run the wizard which will remove conflicting plugins and select the best flash options for your version of Ubuntu/Firefox.
