here is a link to a linux cd supplier:

However it is often far quicker and easier just to download and burn your own discs. This is the reason why many distros no longer offer a free cd mailing service.

You could also contact your nearest university IT department who will usually have quite a few Linux distros and will happily copy one for you.

Not free but you can buy the latest Linux CDs/DVDs in India for a nominal price. For example, I had a quick look on www.google.co.in and found LinuxFlavour (http://linuxflavour.co.in/store/catalog/33) offering Ubuntu v11.10 Oneiric Ocelot Full Install/ Live DVD for Rs. 100.00
