I have recently upgraded from 10.04 to 11.10. Then installed 'Gnome 3'. I use audacious to listen to music. I down loaded Audacious from the repository. I did not see anywhere to download any plubins. A recheck of the repository shows audacious-plugins on my computer.

The 'playlist' tab does not have 'load playlist' or 'delete playlist' in it. None of my 'm3u' show up. I can see all my 'm3u' playlists when I click 'import', however highlighting and clicking import has no effect. Calling Audacious from the command line, I get this responce.

Could not open '/home/dave/playlist/AnniesList.m3u', no transport plugin available.

I have these:

/usr/lib/audacious/Transport/gio.so
/usr/lib/audacious/Transport/mms.so
/usr/lib/audacious/Transport/neon.so
/usr/lib/audacious/Transport/unix-io.so

Are these of which it speaks? But does not recongnize.

Is this a known problem with this cat and is there a work around?

Thanks for any help you can provide.
Dave
