I have to warn you though that the Guinness we get in SA is not up to scratch, seems watery and not smooth. I even tried the bottles and same story. I use to love Guinness years ago but the product is simply not what it was back then (locally only).

I can however offer you a very nice local alternative,

I actually met a friend after getting the hard drive sorted & we had one of the above beverages and he agrees that it tastes better than the locally available guinness. The bottles have been available for many years but the draught is new on the market. The good thing is they are only about €2 ( US$2.8 ) for 500ml (660ml glass so you get a bit more.)

BRB, checking flights to SA. Just arrange for Die Antwoord to drink with us (especially Yolandi)...

Lol, now the deal is off :lolflag:

I find it weird that you know Die Antwoord, not one of my favourites. How about some Jack Parow rather?

I'm not a big fan of rap music but this guy is funny if you get the lyrics.

BTW, what's the going rate for a Guinnes draught in europe these days? I'm dreading having to visit my brother in the UK due to prices.

In Greece, it's about 5~7euros a pint (it depends on the place).
I also dread to think how much it costs in the UK.

In order to appreciate Die Antwoord, see them as performance artists rather than musicians.

PS: I normally hate rap.
