Gnome Tweak Tool?

I have the Gnome Tweak Tool installed on my Ubuntu 11.10, and I was intending on changing shell themes, as opposed to just window themes. Unfortunately it doesn't appear that I can with Gnome Tweak Tool 3.2. How can I download and install an earlier version of gnome tweak tool so that those features are possible?
