hello , i am new here .I have starting problems when i boot from:
CD:Boot menu load then i chose: Start Ubuntu.. then blackscreen and nothing
USB:Start loading drivers and just stop.(with unetbootin and LiLi)

What should I do?

Perhaps try making the LIVE-USB image with the tool provided on the Ubuntu site? (They don't recommend UNetBootin anymore)

I think your boot file has a problem. Replace it and try other file.
If you are not able to find another then use .iso file.
it can be got quite easily.
