I installed on a hdd usb from above link (boot Linux and install)... and used Ubuntu installer for usb sticks from windows to install on a usb stick... well I can see linux files on stick but, I can not see on hdd (from windows), ... is any way see the files on hdd from windows?

Are you asking about reading the linux partition from windows?

By default windows doesn't see linux partitions. People have developed some tools to do this, but I wouldn't trust windows to start poking around in your ubuntu partition.

you can try with explore2fs
