I have 11.10 x64 set up with fglrx drivers and 2 monitors. I've got it working fine in Gnome.
I am starting to play around with awesome wm, and I am trying to use xrandr to set up my 2nd monitor. Every time I try, I get an error that xrandr "cannot find crtc for output" on my second monitor.
xrandr -q displays the monitor's resolution just fine, and it outputs exactly the same as it does when I log into my Unity session and run it. I must be overlooking something, but I have no idea what... Can anyone help?
