Keybinding for power button?

I've done this on Lubuntu - put the few lines in a .xml file under .config/openbox to have the power button call up the menu for shut down/logoff options, but I don't see an openbox folder under .config in Xubuntu. (does it use openbox?) What would be the equivalent for setting this up in Xubuntu?

There is a setting for specifying this in the Power Manager applet in Settings Manager. Setting the "When power button is pressed" option to "Ask" should do it.

Ah thanks - didn't work in Virtualbox but that might not be the case with real hardware..
