create custom application launcher in the LXDE panel

Hi

Howto create custom application launcher in the LXDE panel?
Using right click bottom panel -> Panel Settings -> Panel Applets -> Application Launch Bar I have the menu menu of what to add and how to order, but cannot find a button to add my own application.

I'm not sure, but maybe you must add your app to main menu)
Because of this and other problems I switched to xfce4-panel. Light and flexible with all necessary plugins.

BTW editing ~/.config/lxpanel/LXDE/panels/panel and adding an additional panel solved this problem.
