Cannot updgrade - need apt-cdrom help

I tried using apt-cdrom, but I couldn't figure out what the command arguments should be.

If you don´t want to install something from CD go to the Ubuntu software center>edit>software repositories and uncheck CD as repository.Reload and try to update again.
