Wubi install question: Files needed? Only 2 files?

Hi All,

I want to install 11.10 onto my 64bit Win7 PC using WUBI. It looks like all I need to do is

* create a new directory (I'll call it "Ubuntu 11pt10").
* Copy the WUBI.exe file and the 11.10 ISO file into this directory (any other files?).
* Double click on WUBI.EXE
* Follow the WUBI install wizard instructions.

Is that it? Any other files I need to put in my "Ubuntu 11pt10" directory before I double-click on WUBI.exe? Any important details I missed?
