I'm not quite positive this belongs here but its something I've been wondering for a while and can't seem get a straight answer on.
Is it possible to buy Tablets/Mobile devices without operating systems pre-installed? And if not what about Crashed Mobile products that won't boot? This being an Ubuntu forum its kind of obvious what my plans are :biggrin:
