Are there any good ubuntu tools/software to help with color matching and theming for html/css? I just want to add some eye candy to my website and make things stand out more and be less plain. I just use text editor and firefox. Thanks

You can go to the Ubuntu Software Centre and take a look at Kompozer which is a wysiwyg website builder tool which includes css capability.
