Ubgrade 11.04 to 11.10 with apt-mirror, in my LAN

I have installed a mirror in my Lan (a classroom), with apt-mirror and apache. The version is Ubuntu 11.10
The question is:
How can I upgrade my computers with Ubuntu 11.04 to 11.10 using this mirror?
Any HOWTO?
