After spending some time configuring dual monitors, and discovering that I can't use xinerama with composite enabled, I settled to set up two separate x screens. Both X screens seem to be running just fine, but as I have tried to install and enable compiz I am running into issues that aren't allowing me to enable compiz and emerald themes properly. The issue occurs when I run compiz --replace ccp &. The desktop manages to turn on compiz in the x screen that I run the command in, and briefly shows desktop effects occuring, but as the debug information goes through terminal window it shortly thereafter hangs at
Setting Update "run_command_terminal_key"
No other errors occur and I cannot drag any windows in the x screen. If there is a fix for this I haven't found it online, and I would like to use two separate x screen if it is possible with compiz. Any assistance would be appreciated.
