Compiz effects not wokring in ubuntu 11.10 gnome fallback session

Hi all,

I made the change from Ubuntu 11.0 to 11.10 and straight after I used the fallback session.
In Unity environment everything was operating perfectly but since I am a fun of the classic desktop environment of Ubuntu I had to change...
My only problem is that the compiz efefcts operate only after I perform the followin command in terminal:
"compiz --replace"

After I turn off my laptop settings are not saved and in order to be able to use the compiz effects I have to re-run the above terminal command.

Any suggestions?:rolleyes:
