Right Mouse Functions

In 11.10 I seem to have lost all right mouse functions and cannot move or delete files.

Any possible solutions?

Let's be more specific: you are using Ubuntu 11.10, and when you run the Nautilus file manager and right-click on a file or folder, you see what?
