Upgrade from 11.04 to 11.10: forbiden access to repository/ file?

The upgrade from 11.04 to 11.10 can't complete due to this:

Failed to fetch http://pt.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/g/gmp4/libgmp3c2_4.3.2+dfsg-2ubuntu1_i386.deb 403 Forbidden

How can I solve it?

In Ubuntu software center>edit>software repositories> switch to main.Close and reload.Try to update again.
