I would like to know the new features in 12.04 LTS and GNOME 3.3.

Neither of these are released for production use yet.

The GNOME link was helpful but I couldn't find anything that I was looking for in the Ubuntu features link you gave me. I am looking for something specific that would tell me about the major changes in the next release.
