Emulator Hardware

Although I'm interested in the software, it's mostly the hardware I find intriguing. I'm almost surprised the producers focus on DJ software rather than selling their product as a desktop to work on.

I'd definitely want something like that!
Do you guys know how to get something like this? Or how to build it?
Can linux function with this interface?

Also I was wondering if there is any wireless touch-screen (i.e. a tablet without computer, to connect in existing computer.

I personally don't need touchscreen all the time e.g. not when I am writing a paper or email. But I'd love to have a portable screen to read a digital book on my sofa for instance.
