How to set Gnome 3 Aero Snap shortcut key?

I love the Aero Snap feature from Windows 7, and was using it with Compiz + Grid plugin in Gnome 2.

While the Aero Snap behavior can be reproduced using the mouse in Gnome 3, I'm looking to do the same with keyboard shortcut keys.
