Hello folks,

I have seen a lot of errors during my years of learning linux, but I had never seen such like now. Today something weird happen to the usb flash drive of my girlfriend. She works with windows on her work place. There, she had explain, that after doing "Eject" of her usb drive the device was still busy. Anyway, she removed the usb flash drive and when she went back home something weird happen. The usb flash has not been recognize by the ubuntu. So here is my question: How can it be that linux can not mount the usb drive? Second question is how can I retrieve the important information from the drive?

I hope that you can help me solve that weird problem.

best regards
