I have installed conky in Lubuntu but Conky disappears when I click on "minimize all windows".

I tried many possibilities changing own_window normal/desktop/monitor/panel.... but it seem to be a bug.

It is really a bug?

It also happens on other gnome distros, eg ubuntu 10.04 where I minimise all windows with Ctrl+Alt+D, but it does then reappear when I use Ctrl+Alt+D to get windows back.

Do you not get the conky window back when you restore windows?

EDIT:
I've never tried this in Lubuntu before, but Ctrl+Alt+D just opens pcmanfm at my /home, and does not minimise all windows. Is that normal in Lubuntu, and if so, how can it be changed?

Keyboard shortcuts are very difficult to set up in Lubuntu/LXDE compared to other DEs!

Yes, come back, but I use a touchpad and need type Super+d for reopen.

In Xubuntu the problem doesn't happens.

Then is a bug....

Thanks for that info.

Winkey+d also works both ways for me in Lubuntu to minimise and then restore all windows including conky! I had not tried that combination before, so it's good to know.

I will now have to try it out in Xubuntu.
