11.10 Latest Firefox and Silverlight

I managed to get latest Windows Firefox and Silverlight to install using wine and playonlinux. Silverlight is installed as a plugin but doesn't actually work. Does anyone have a work around to make the plugin actually work properly? I tried to install Moonlight, but Firefox punts it despite the allow exceptions setting.

I'm pretty new to Linux so I'm not very good with the terminal. I also somehow managed to get Silverlight plugin on the Ubuntu Firefox, which shows silverlight crash icon but I don't know how to see what crashed it.

hi, i've tried the same thing as well. silverlight 5 actually installs and silverlight applications start loading but never seem to finish loading.

I don't think there's any easy way to see crash info for silverlight, but you can atleast see wine error output to find out where the problem is. for this, you'll have to run wine from the terminal.
