Hi all I"successfully" upgraded to 11.10 from 11.04 but now I notice the "system" option is missinghttp://ubuntuforums.org/images/icons/icon11.gif
from the panel at the top of the screen. I'm using the gnome classic configuration. Is there a way to restore this item. Also on the unity version there is no system selection in the side panel.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer

System options are behind the cogwheel icon in the top right screen corner. When you click it, the first option in the menu should be "System Settings".

That option is no longer included as part of the menu in Gnome Classic .
