Let lines

deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ natty-backports main restricted universe multiverse
deb-src http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ natty-backports main restricted universe multiverse

look like

#deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ natty-backports main restricted universe multiverse
#deb-src http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ natty-backports main restricted universe multiverse

or remove them from source list.After that save file and run

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

Is it those lines, or is the the lone hanging cairo-dock line? I think you just need delete the line containing cairo-dock and you'll be OK.

The error refers to line 57, which is the line containing the cairo-dock repo. If indeed the words "cairo dock" are on their own line, they need to be put on the line with the repository address. Otherwise, you may want to put a hash mark (#) at the start of the line, or delete it.
