I got a unity bar design i downloaded from D.A. (deviant art) and its really beautiful problem is I don't know how to compile files on Ubuntu at all
my Bean is 11.11 i have 7zip installed i just need an easy to read (I'm dyslexic) detailed explanation on how to compile files with 7zip

All you can do with 7zip files is extract. Usually there is a README file among those extracted, which explains what to do next. I rather doubt you'll need to compile anything.
To extract, right click, select 'Extract here'.
