How to install drivers without internet connection

Hi there! I am pretty new with Ubuntu and I can´t access the internet bc the ethernet controler and the network controller are unclaimed. So I guess I have to install the appropriate drivers. How can I do this without an internet connection available in Ubuntu?
The computer is a dualboot (Win 7 / Ubuntu Lucid Lynx), the controllers are:
Atheros AG8151 (Ethernet) and Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6205 (Network). They work fine under Win 7.

* open System Settings -> Hardware -> additional drivers
see is it giving you any list still have to install .

* open terminal and type lspci and paste the output herr .

Hi! So I did "System - Administration - Hardware Drivers" and Ubuntu searched for availabe drives but did not find any. There is no "Settings - Hardware" on my Ubuntu Lynx.
