I've changed my default, document ... fonts with Tweak Advanced Settings, but some apps seem to have a mind of their own. Nautilus only respects my wishes in the window title bar; otherwise, it's using some generic ugly font. I'm guessing this is a gtk app with hard-wired fonts. So is there any way to change ALL the fonts throughout Gnome? I'm on 11.10/Gnome Classic
