I think it takes longer on network activity.. but that might be coincidence.

Anyway, here's my bootchart image:

Not sure how to figure out which process is causing the massive delay.

I'm noticing that there is a massive gap where not much is happening. A process called "plymouth-upstar" has a spike in CPU activity just as the system decides to run the final processes, so could it be related to this? What does the process even do?
