Server install from DVD

Can anybody tell me how to get to a server install from the full DVD (ubuntu-11.10-dvd-amd64.iso). I thought that this was supposed to include the Server editions but F4 Modes doesn't list any server installs.

Also just noticed that there is no 'Command Line Interface' F4 modes option in the full DVD. Am I missing something obvious?

This link mentions the DVD is more about including language packs, nothing specifically mentioned for the server version:
http://www.ubuntu.com/download/ubuntu/alternative-download#dvd

You might need to use the server ISO I guess.
