Title says it all; and something about this new behavior is disturbing... It's a recent development, and even an older desktop which has Hardy on it is now doing it.

On any Google page, with 'Search Results', if I right click on a link, and 'Open Link in New Tab', the link opens as it should.

FF does NOT go to the new tab, which IS how I have it set. FF stays on the Google page, while the link page loads in the next tab.

The problem is is that the Google page jumps back to the top of the page.

This has SOMEthing to do with the 'new Google privacy policy', which is when it started.

Anybody got ideas on this???
