Help about Compiling Squid 3.1.11 on 11.10

i got some problem in installing squid 3.1.11 , here error report

I'm new to ubuntu. I'm compiling Squid 3.1.10 on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and got the same error as you stated. Have you solved this problem this time? Please help me.
