I installed the recommended latest nvidia driver from jockey. After that, if I select any Gnome session from gdm, the session will freeze when I log in. I can move the mouse pointer around, but I can't click anything. I have to switch to a TTY and kill the Xorg process. When I choose the Ubuntu session, it does not freeze unless I try to start compiz.
