Advanced Graphics in 11.10

I installed ubuntu 10.04 LTS on a desktop computer and have become a fan of the advanced animations when moving windows. This setting is easy to find in 10.04, but on my laptop with 11.10 I cannot find this feature. Does it still exist? It seems like it would still, but I cannot seem to find it anywhere in the Settings.

I guess you can configure such effects through Compiz Config Manager:
