Bypassing netadmin/sysadmin and installing applications.

Firstly my school computer is blocked and all I can access sysadmin or netadmin is by live cd with the guest method.
But evertime i login as guest the password change and I can not install software, nor I can add accounts.
Anyone can tell me how to bypass that.
I was thinking by booting with the live cd and with the terminal there to create my account/
