View Full Version : Question for people who ever refused a package from Newegg

Can you do it via UPS.com or do you have to do it when it comes?

Just asking because I talked to someone via Live chat and they said I have to wait for when it comes and then tell the UPS guy to send it back.

But, according to this: http://www.ehow.com/how_7531725_refuse-package-sent-ups.html

I can refuse it even while it's in transit.

Could I just do it at UPS.com and get my refund when it's returned or do I really have to wait for it to come and tell the UPS guy to send it back?

Why are you trying to return it? I would talk with newegg and work it out with them not the shipper. :)

Nevermind I can't return it while it's in transit, I think I have to be a UPS My Choice member, which I think costs money.

I'm returning it because it was a AMD GPU and since I realized it had bad driver support for Linux, I decided to get an nVidia instead.

You may lock this thread now if you wish since I can't do it via UPS.com.

Guess I gotta wait for the UPS guy and make sure he doesn't leave and yell "I REFUSE THIS PACKAGE!" :P
