Black screene after update

Yesterday ubuntu gave me some updates what I installed. Today I restarted my computer and now computer boots up whit black screene. cant see nothing. if I shut down the computer and connect my TV whit vga cable to my laptop then computer boots up whit black screene in laptop but in tv screene is all ok. if I remove VGA cable from laptop then the screene comes back to laptop.
I dont underestand what is the problem.

I have been tryed this fix, but that dident work

This happened to me with a screen on a Toshiba Laptop and I had to open the laptop and unconnect the screen and re connect it back and it worked. Did you like drop it at all before it did this?

No I havent droped my laptop, I have Lenova thinkpad r500, and this bug is realy annoying. I hope there is somekindow fix for it :/

Since you can get a desktop through your tv, maybe try fixing things with the "Monitor" settings in System.
