How do i knw the password if the previous password wasnt changed

hi guys i need assistance to knw the password of my pc idk the password since the previous password was only "password" and it was never changed, and ubuntu made a password for sum reason that allows you to use the terminal, install/remove items how do i get the password, etc help please

The root password will be whatever it is you use to log in.
