Important help please how do i reset my password since i cant remove the keyring?

hi i was uninstalling the key ring in ubuntu software center and the software center just got uninstalled and i'm trying to reinstall it and reset my password, i do not have the cd or a usb drive and i need helpon aneasier way to get pass the authenication password tht i didnt change or changed the password to?

You can go to:
Applications> Accessories> Passwords and Encryption Keys

You'll see in the first box/field where you put in your old password. The next box/field down you can put in a new password.
