GTK2 -> GTK3 Converter

Is it possible to convert GTK2 themes to GTK3 ???

People put a lot of hard work into GTK2 theming and when v3 came out they could have easily made a theming engine that allowed us to use GTK2 themes quite easily instead of waiting for them to be re-made...

There is more than a theme engine involved . GTK 3 theming is much different than GTK 2 because a theme CSS is used and not the GTK rc as in gnome 2 . In other words , GTK 3 themes are put together in a completely different way . Try the suggestion above though .
