Multiple people on Launchpad project?

I am familiar on how to work on a Launchpad.net project with just myself but how does it work with more than one person?

Is there some way to add them to the project?

You cant force people into proyect, they have to join,
make noise on the internet, mailing lists, social networks,
amazing programs you have!

Errr...I think the OP means he/she already has contributors, but he/she needs to know how to add them to the project (i.e. bzr push access, read/write on the project homepage. Unless I am mistaken. :)
