Hey guys,
I recently upgraded to 11.10, and decided to give Gnome3, as it seemed that I would enjoy it based on the videos on Gnome's webpage. So I installed the shell, and restarted my computer, but when I log into Gnome, parts of the screen (the menu bar at the top, the transition between the view with a window and the view with all the apps, and some of the app icons) look all glitchy and flicker during animations.
Here's the screenshot of the glitchy top bar.`

Do you have any suggestions about what I could do to make it go away?
Cheers.
